Important Instructions for Candidates before Reporting to GNDEC

Before reporting to GNDEC during 1st Round and 2nd Round, Important Instructions are given below:

The Candidates allotted seats in 1st Year of BBA / BCA / MBA / MCA / M.Tech. at GNDEC through IKGPTU Centralized Online Counselling must contact their Admission Mentors
(if already registered on admission.gndec.ac.in portal).

  1. If candidate is already registered/admitted and has paid the requisite fee (Rs. 200/- User Registration Charges + Rs. 1000/- other processing charges) on the GNDEC Portal admission.gndec.ac.in, he/she must upload the required documents and lock the form using existing registration User ID.
  2. If candidate is not registered, he/she must register on admission.gndec.ac.in portal after paying the requisite fee (Rs. 200/- User Registration Charges + Rs. 1000/- other processing charges) and must upload the required documents and lock the form.
  3. Important: Submission of the Admission Form is mandatory. A File Number will be generated only after the form is successfully submitted. Incomplete submissions will not be considered for the admission process. Candidates must ensure that a File Number has been assigned to their application form.

  5. Candidate must ensure that they verify their admission parameters on the admission portal i.e. https://admission.gndec.ac.in, once the institute has processed their submission. The option “Verify Admission Parameters” will be available on the left-hand menu.

    On clicking this option, the candidate will be taken to a page where he/she must carefully review data from Serial No. 1 to 11.

    If all details are correct, check the confirmation box at the bottom and click the green “Verify and Submit” button to proceed.

    If the candidate notices any discrepancies, do not click “Verify and Submit”; instead, raise a query immediately through the portal by clicking the red “Click Here to Raise Query” button.

    Candidate must read all instructions carefully before taking any action.

    Candidates are also advised to check the “Messages” tab in the left-hand menu daily.

  6. Verify Admission Parameters

    In case of any discrepancy in admission parameters (Sr. No. 1 to 11), if the query is not submitted online, it may be raised in person while reporting in the College Auditorium.

  7. Registered candidates are advised to reach out to their assigned Admission Mentors for any queries related to admission and also maintain regular communication with them.
  8. Candidates can use the “Ask Query” feature on their admission portal login, which offers three options. Choose the appropriate option based on your need:
    • General: For questions about eligibility, fee structure, etc.
    • Request for Update in Submitted Data: For issues related to uploading documents, changing category, marks update, etc.
    • PMS Scheme for SC Eligible Students: Concerns specific to the Post-Matric Scholarship scheme.
  9. Documents Required: Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme for BBA/BCA only:
    • Income Tax Returns for the Assessment Year 2025-26 - of earning Parents/Guardians.
    • Affidavit stating Parents/Guardian Total Income (from all sources) less than 8 Lacs duly attested by Executive Magistrate – for Assessment Year 2025-26.
    • Income Certificate issued by Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.
  10. Venue for Reporting:

    College Auditorium (Admin Block) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (on dates as per IKGPTU reporting counselling schedule).

    Documents Required While Reporting to Institute:

    • 1. Allotment letter and original documents as per allotment letter with one set of self-attested photocopies of all documents.
    • 2. If Original 12th DMC is not available, then the candidate must bring DigiLocker verified DMC bearing QR code (for BBA/BCA only).
    • 3. If the original degree or DMCs of the previously qualified examination are not available, the candidate must bring photocopies of all previous result documents (Self Attested) – for MBA/MCA/M.Tech.
    • 4. Two coloured passport size photographs of candidate, mother, and father.
    • 5. All modes of Fee payment are acceptable except cheque. Fee structure is available on college website.
