Procedure for Students to participate in Centralized Online Counselling

Note:

1.This above schedule is applicable for affiliating university counselling.

2.The candidate has to pay Counselling Fee of Rs. 2,000/- (Non-Refundable) to participate in the above Centralized Online Counselling.

3.Seats under Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme are available under B.Tech. Courses (for Punjab Residents having Annual Family Income less than 8 Lacs), as per Admission Notification issued by the Punjab Government (DTE) for Session 2025-26.

4.Post-Matric Scholarship (PMS) Scheme is available as per Punjab Government norms.

5.The candidate must carry all the related document(s) at the time of reporting / admission, based on which he/she is participating in Centralized Online Counselling and claiming the seat, otherwise, the provisionally allotted seat will be cancelled and candidate will have no right to claim the seat again.

Direct Counselling at GNDEC Ludhiana

(After Two rounds of Centralized Online Counselling)

Direct Counselling will be held at GNDEC, Ludhiana for the vacant seats remaining after above mentioned two rounds of Centralized Online Counselling.
