Extended Paper Policy

Authors invited to submit extended versions of conference papers must ensure substantial technical extension beyond the conference version. The extended manuscript should include additional literature review, expanded methodology, deeper analysis, additional results, improved validation, and a clear statement explaining how the journal version differs from the conference paper.

Journal Special Issue Proposals Under Preparation

The organizing committee is exploring journal special issue opportunities based on selected extended versions of high-quality conference papers. Authors of shortlisted papers may be invited to submit substantially extended manuscripts to relevant journals, subject to journal scope, independent peer review, editorial approval, and publication ethics requirements.
