Peer Review and Publication Ethics

All submitted full-length papers will undergo preliminary screening for scope, formatting, originality, and plagiarism. Papers found suitable will be assigned for peer review by subject experts. Acceptance for conference presentation does not guarantee publication. Only technically sound, original, and properly revised manuscripts will be recommended for further publication consideration.

Originality and Plagiarism Policy

Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not be under consideration elsewhere. All papers will be checked for plagiarism and similarity before review or publication recommendation.

Peer-Review Process

Full-length papers will first be screened by the technical committee. Suitable papers will be sent to subject experts for peer review. Final acceptance will depend on reviewer recommendations, technical quality, originality, and relevance to the conference theme.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Authors, reviewers, and committee members should disclose any conflict of interest that may affect fair evaluation of the manuscript.

Research Ethics

Authors must ensure that their research follows accepted ethical standards. Studies involving human participants, survey data, or institutional data should include appropriate permissions where required.

AI-Tool Use Declaration

Authors should clearly declare any use of AI tools in manuscript preparation. The authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the submitted work.

Copyright and License Agreement

For selected papers recommended for publication, authors may be required to complete copyright or licence forms according to publisher policies.

Publisher Formatting Compliance

Authors must revise accepted papers according to the formatting, reference, and submission requirements of the concerned proceedings, journal, or publisher.
