Author Guidelines

Authors must prepare manuscripts using the official conference template. If the proceedings proposal is approved by Springer, authors of selected papers will be required to revise their manuscripts according to Springer proceedings guidelines and submit all required publication documents, including the licence agreement.

Selected full-length papers may be recommended for publication subject to peer review, plagiarism screening, technical quality, publisher approval, formatting compliance, and publication ethics requirements. Acceptance for presentation at the conference does not automatically guarantee publication.

Abstract Format

The abstract should clearly present the background, objective, methodology, key findings, and significance of the work. Authors should follow the official abstract template provided on the registration or submission page.

Full Paper Format

Full-length papers must be prepared using the official manuscript template. The paper should include title, author details, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusions, acknowledgements if applicable, and references.

Springer Proceedings Format, if approved

If the proceedings proposal is approved, selected papers will be required to follow the publisher's formatting requirements. Authors may be asked to revise the manuscript according to Springer proceedings guidelines.

Reference Style

References should be complete, consistent, and formatted according to the conference or publisher template. Authors must ensure that all references cited in the text are included in the reference list.

Figure and Table Quality

Figures and tables should be clear, readable, and properly numbered. All figures and tables must be cited in the main text. Low-resolution images should be avoided.

Plagiarism Policy

All submissions will be screened for plagiarism. Manuscripts with unacceptable similarity, copied content, duplicate submission, or improper citation may be rejected.

AI Declaration

Authors should disclose the use of AI-based tools, if any, for language editing, formatting, or technical support. AI tools must not be listed as authors. The authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the submitted work.

Copyright/Licence Requirement

Accepted papers recommended for publication may require authors to submit copyright or licence forms as per publisher requirements.

Revision Instructions

Authors receiving reviewer comments must submit a revised manuscript along with a response explaining how each comment has been addressed.

Final Camera-Ready Submission Instructions

Final accepted papers must be submitted in the required format before the camera-ready deadline. Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered for publication.
