Limited hostel accommodation may be available for students and research scholars on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants requiring assistance may submit an accommodation request after registration. The organizing committee will provide guidance regarding nearby hotels and campus hostel availability; however, final booking and payment will remain the responsibility of the participant.
Participants may choose from several hotels located within convenient travelling distance from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana. Recommended options may include Radisson Blu Hotel, Park Plaza Ludhiana, Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, and other nearby budget hotels depending on availability.
Most major hotels in Ludhiana are located approximately 5–12 km from GNDEC. Participants are advised to confirm travel time with the hotel before booking, especially during peak traffic hours.
The approximate tariff may vary from INR 1500 to INR 6000 per night depending on hotel category, room type, and booking date. Participants should confirm the final tariff directly with the hotel.

Participants arriving by train can reach GNDEC from Ludhiana Railway Station by taxi, auto-rickshaw, or local transport. Participants arriving by air may use Chandigarh Airport or Amritsar Airport and then travel to Ludhiana by road or rail.
