The papers are to be submitted strictly as per IEEE double column format. All submitted papers shall be reviewed by a committee of experts and successful papers shall be presented during the conference and published in its proceedings. Papers are to be submitted in PDF and MS-Word format. Maximum number of pages of the paper should not be more than 5. Registration fee should be paid through demand draft in favour of the Convener, RAECT-13 payable at Ludhiana. At least one author must be registered for the paper to be included in proceedings.
