Submit a 300-word proposal in DOCX or PDF format covering the essence of the work (references, tables, and figures do not count toward this limit).

Submissions undergo a single-blind peer-review process where author details are shared with reviewers.

Accepted authors must submit an extended abstract (4-11 pages) in both an editable format (LaTeX or Word) and PDF by 8th Feb 2026.

All posters and presentations must be in English.

Physical posters must be prepared in standard A0 vertical size (841 mm x 1189 mm).

A maximum of 4 authors are allowed per presentation (including the guide).

Presentations should describe topics using a mix of text, graphics, photographs, and illustrations.

In-person presenters must bring their own printed poster for display; no on-site printing services are provided.
