Department of Information Technology was established in 2001 and currently offering under-graduate course with intake of 90 students. The vision of the department is to create groomed, technically competent and skilled intellectual IT professionals specifically from the rural area of Punjab to meet the current challenges of the modern computing industry. The Department has various laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art computing facilities to support the research and teaching activities. A library with a lot of books on Information Technology for the exclusive use of the faculty and students are located in the premises of the Department.
