Sub: Appointment as member-Board of Evaluators

Dear Sir,

It is my pleasure to inform you that your name has been approved by the competent authority as one of member of Three member "Board of Evaluators" for the subject Test Subject 2. 

In the normal circumstances, board member attend meeting in the office of Controller of Examination, at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, and evaluate sheets there. However, under the prevailing conditions due to Corona, permission has been taken to conduct meeting over the Internet.

The answer booklet to be evaluated along with question paper will be made available on a specially designed portal. You will be requiring Internet, pad, laptop or desktop. On mobile, though it is possible, but may not be very comfortable for a few.

Hope you will extend full co-operation in ensuring full confidentiality in whole process of evaluation, and destroy all material (if you take printout, which is not required, and is optional) and erase COMPLETELY all soft copies of answer sheets and related material.

During on-line discussion, identity of board members will not be disclosed to each other, and all support will be provide by the office of undersigned.

The question wise marking be submitted at least 3 hours before the start of meeting. During meeting discussion will be blind i.e. marks granted by three evaluators will be known to all, yet "who" has given "how much" won't be known.

The proposed time and date of meeting is at 02:30 PM on 20/04/20, if it suits to all, otherwise a time and date will be fixed which is suitable to all involved.
Is is suggested that appropriate weightage be given to approach / formula / and accuracy in calculations (in case of numerical problems), rather than high weightage to final correct answer.

The remuneration for this evaluation will be as per college rules.
