| Notice Regarding Major Project Internal Viva-Voce and Presentations | | IT/03/8770 dated 16.04.2013 | B.Tech. (7th Semester, Information Technology, Batch: 2009-13) students are informed hereby to appear for Major Project Internal Viva-Voce & Presentation on dated 24th April 2013 (Wednesday).
Instructions:
1. Students should check and sign their reports from their respective Project Incharges during 22nd-23rd April 2013.
2. Each student must observe the timings of presentation strictly.
3. No student will be allowed to interchange the allotted slot of presentation.
4. It is mandatory to follow the pre-specified format of the Report. Major guidelines for the report are available at http://gndec.ac.in/?q=node/17).
5. The report should be hard-binded (not spiral) with white color cover page.
6. All students should attend all sessions of presentations and should be in formal dress.
7. Each report should carry one CD, which must contain documentation, PowerPoint presentation of the report and source code of the project. Title of the project along with name & roll number of student should be written over the CD.
8. PPTs must be precise, to the point and should not contain unnecessary/irrelevant data.
9. Do not write the source code in the report.
10. Details regarding the Presentation Schedule of individual student can be noticed from the Deptt. Notice Board having ref. no. IT/03/8770 dated 16.04.2013.
