for B.Tech. Final Year Students
Period:
9 August 2010 (Monday) to 15 January 2011 (Saturday)…..23 Weeks
Eligibility Conditions:
1. 60% marks and above up to 5th semester of B.Tech.
2. Students must bring the original DMCs at the time of interview
3. Preference will be given to students as per following:
a) No reappear obtained in any of the five semesters
b) Reappear obtained but cleared at the time of registration c) Students still having reappear in
one subject
d) Students still having reappear in two subjects
4. Students should be ready to work live on the shop floor and learn the skills for six months
5. Students shall be working 8 hours a day in 3 shifts and 6 days a week for all 23 weeks
6. Students should be regular, punctual and should maintain the discipline at the working place
for the entire period of training
7. Students shall make their own arrangements for accommodation in local hostel
or PG rooms
Benefits of Training:
1. Students would be given a stipend in the range Rs 3000-4000 depending upon the capability of
the candidate
2. Students will get an opportunity to work live on the s floor and learn the practical
skills
